Clifton Spargo
professeur d'anglais
R. Clifton Spargo (né en 1965 à Chicago) est un romancier, nouvelliste et critique culturel américain. Il est l’auteur notamment du roman Beautiful Fools, The Last Affair of Zelda et Scott Fitzgerald (2013).
Il a publié plusieurs ouvrages de non-fiction, dont The Ethics of Mourning (Johns Hopkins UP 2004), Vigilant Memory : Emmanuel Levinas, the Holocaust, and the Unjust Death (Johns Hopkins UP 2006) et (avec Robert M. Ehrenreich) After Representation? : L’Holocauste, la littérature et la culture (Rutgers UP 2010).
